When designing the interiors of The Austonian, Gary Lee Partners took careful consideration to create public spaces that feel like an extension of one’s personal home.

This high-rise luxury real estate project features over 40,000 square feet of private amenities available exclusively to residents and their invited guests. One such space is the Billiard and Game Room, located on The Austonian’s 10th floor. This indoor community space decorated with materials including walnut millwork and bronze coiled drapery will serve as an upscale sports club for residents. Open daily, the room may also be reserved for residents’ private parties.

The perfect space for everything from poker night to Monday Night Football, the Billiard and Game Room will be outfitted with comfortable lounge seating, a pool table, a game table and a 16-foot travertine bar. Light fixtures crafted from salvaged jet engine parts will impart an industrial feel to the room.

The 10th floor is the ultimate area for casual yet elegant entertaining. Additional amenities located on this level include a 75-foot lap pool, hot tub, 600 square foot secured dog park, private luxury cabanas outfitted with flat screen televisions, a catering kitchen, private spa treatment rooms, a theatre screening room, an executive meeting room with seating for 12, four private guest suites and more. The Austonian’s amenities will be supported by a staff of Austonian Assistants, who are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
