The Austonian Tops Out, Reaches Full Height at 683 feet

ToppingOut-2121_Flag

At 4:45pm yesterday, The Austonian officially topped out. A 4,500-pound steal beam signed by the construction crew and draped with the American flag was lifted by crane and placed atop the 683-foot structure. The steel beam will be one of six that makes up the illuminated crown, set to be complete before the year is over. The event celebrating the crew that has dedicated the past two years creating this iconic structure was a huge success.
