Issues and Eggs with Austin Energy General Manager Larry Weis

The Downtown Austin Alliance presents Issues and Eggs on Thursday, June 16th with Austin Energy General Manager Larry Weis. Weis will share information on the status of Austin Energy and what the future holds. The event takes place at St. David’s Episcopal Church at 8th and San Jacinto streets. Breakfast and check-in start at 7:45 a.m. and the presentation begins shortly after 8 a.m. RSVP to rsvp@downtownaustin.com today to reserve a spot.

The Austonian luxury condo has received a Four-Star Commercial Rating from Austin Energy Green Building. The Austonian is the second building in downtown Austin—and the only downtown high-rise—to have earned this rating, which is comparable to a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Gold rating.

The Austonian has received an award for excellence in green building from the Austin Business Journal and awards for excellence in design and construction from Engineering News-Record and Texas Construction.
