Downtown Austin Fitness: Yoga in the Park

YogaYogaYoga Yoga and the Austin Parks Foundation have partnered together to offer free hour-long yoga classes during the month of October in downtown Austin’s Republic Square Park. The classes, which are suitable for all ages and skill levels, will begin at noon every Wednesday.

Austinites attending the yoga sessions should arrive 15 minutes early, and while it is preferred that class attendees bring their own yoga mat, there will be a few mats available to borrow at each session.
